Olive & Oak Wellness makes it simple for healthcare providers and community professionals to refer adults who may benefit from virtual counselling in Calgary and across Alberta.

Use the form below to submit a client referral, including their contact information, a brief note about the support they are seeking, and, if possible, the name of your organization or clinic. Once we receive the referral, we will follow up directly to coordinate the next steps and ensure timely access to care.
