Olive & Oak Wellness offers compassionate, client-centred counselling services and Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) Home Study assessments for individuals and couples across Alberta. We provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can explore concerns, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth.

Counselling support is available for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, relational challenges, and life transitions, among others. Our work is grounded in person-centred, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, and is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Structured Analysis Family Evaluation (SAFE) Home Study assessments are offered for individuals and couples pursuing adoption. These assessments are completed with care, professionalism, and cultural awareness, and are designed to meet adoption and agency requirements while supporting clients throughout the process.
